Software Engineer Wanted!

If you want to do something, which really is improving the quality of life and people’s well-being, then you might be the next star in our Design Studio team in Helsinki or Kempele!
In your role you will:
- Ensure on-time and high-quality creation of software specifications
- Design embedded systems or user interfaces, implement actual software, integrate and test the software functionality
- You will also participate in system-level specification and international collaboration with Innokas and customer teams
A few years’ experience of demanding Software Development activities gives the best readiness for this position. Experience with C/C++ is expected to successfully develop the embedded systems for technologically diverse medical products. Knowing some electronics and being able to read schematics is useful – if that is your thing. Given your background in programming, you either know or can pick up Python to write some tests for your code as well. UI design experience with Qt/QML, Microsoft-technologies or bare metal libraries is appreciated and will provide you the possibility to contribute in the User Experience of our customer products. We also appreciate hands-on experience with embedded Linux and are positively surprised of earlier experience in healthcare technology business.
Good communication skills and self-driven touch are some of the key elements to success in this position. Ability to communicate fluently also with international customers and other stakeholders is a valuable skill. A suitable educational background is M.Sc or B.Sc. degree in engineering.
